No controller response error message

The only small detail is that if I select the option to disable showing similar thread results, I get the following error reported in my server error log.

XenForo_Exception: No controller response from XenForo_ControllerPublic_Forum::actionIndex2 - library/XenForo/FrontController.php:455

To fix this issue I'll just return a template that is blank.
