Hi,
this sounds very useful. I think it would make sense to automatically report a post matching one of the rules you set up with this add-on.

Example: a new user adds a link to an external website in his first post. You have set up a rule that disallows the string "href " in the first 10 posts of a new user. So the user will get an error message. In addition a report will be triggered so that my moderators can have a closer look at the post and the user.

Could you please add this feature?

Is there a way to make this work with profile posts? It's working great at stopping thread posts but I'm still getting a ton of new users spamming the profile posts with links.
 
I will see what I can do about that. I think I might need that feature for my community as well.
 
Restrictions are based on user registration days and/or minimum posts so it will work for any user that doesn't meet the criteria.
 
It doesn't seem to be blocking profile posts with restricted words anymore. I'm getting spam again in profile posts, I think due to the forum upgrade a month ago.

I've also noticed bots are making accounts and just adding spam links to their homepage/occupation/aboutyou/ fields.
