This would require a file edit.

We didn't include it, because users created via acp are almost always test users, were we didn't wanted to have automatic mail notifications/threads/..

No I don't think that's true EL.
there can be private boards attached to an offline project. A club, committee, workteam etc
So the admin makes the accounts for members.

It might be good for admins who make test users to exclude a usergroup from this new PC.

but when active it disabled anyone from registering on the forum, then
when I disabled the addon, then registeration worked again.
know anything about that?

Seems fixed now. Had a new registration and the admin I specified in the ACP got a copy of the message. Thanks for the fast fix.

Per the First Post

To change the Title of the conversation, change "newuserconversation_title".
To change the message, change "newuserconversation_message".
