XF 1.4 New thread after warning issued?

I'm probably wrong, but for some reason I thought I read/saw that 1.4 will add a feature, where if a warning is issued a thread will automatically be created. Is this correct?

Or do I need to stick to an add-on such as this one: http://xenforo.com/community/resources/create-thread-on-warning.494/ (not updated since 2012)

There is no feature that does that.
