XF 1.2 new registrant

I have a member, actually 2 who were put into moderation after signing up. What criteria could have done this in my settings, both, surely are not spammers. Also, both were not sent the new registration link. I did a test registration myself and it worked flawless.

Unfortunately there is currently no logging to explain as to why a user was rejected.

All that we know is that they are suspected spammers. So you have two choices:

1) Approve their registration and monitor them closely.
2) Delete them.

Thanks @Chris Deeming - do my settings above look somewhat as they should? I don't think i made too many, if any changes from the default settings.

If i approve them, will it send them a link or message? Or do i need to manually let them know they have been approved.
