We have recently moved from SMF to Xenforo.
The move and conversion went fairly well, only thing is one our members has noticed he can't access from work
Something along the lines of - this site is blocked because it is categorized as "none".

I have I missed something in the settings somewhere?

Sounds like the workplace has an internet filtering system. The site probably got automatically blocked by the filter system. The member of your site will need to request that the site be removed from the filter.
