I have purchased another licence for the brilliant xenforo forum.
This time, the forum will be for groups of users across the uk. These groups will each require their own private sub-forum. There will also be an open forums area, where all members from all groups can post together. I will set up the private forum for each group and I will know the members that are allowed into that specific forum from the chair of the group giving me a list.
So I know how to do that, and set that up. I basically have to manually add the users in and set the permissions each time. No problem.
BUT there are 10'000 of these groups in the UK! So there is potential (at best) to get 10% of them. So that's 1000 private sub-forums. Is that going to be a nightmare to manage? Is it ok to create that many sub-forum folders?
