XF 1.5 Need to get a map of vBSEO slugs

I need to get a map of the vBSEO slugs -> IDs for forums. Hopefully someone more knowledgable about vBSEO knows of a solution we can use

They were completely customisable, just like DBSEO ones are, so that’s gonna be difficult

Well surely they're cached in the database somewhere then right? I searched for a few of the slugs but nothing came up for any of them. Ended up making a script to go through node names and generate it from those, will fix any that 404 manually as they come up I guess lol
