I like my phone support. Does Hawk Host have it?

I believe you can contact them by phone but not sure. However, I use Hawk and they are fantastic. If there's an issue they get it taken care of for you quickly. )

I can't say enough good things about Mike and xfhost. My site has never loaded so fast. After he transferred me from my old host to his without me knowing he setup a front end cache on my site to go with the memcache backend cache. That has really helped the speed alot. I opted for the private memcache port and dedicated IP address with my package. I just feel having a private port for memcache I don't have to compete with the other sites on his server. Also this is a big one for me as well He doesn't oversell his servers. So it almost makes you feel like you are getting a VPS cause you get what you pay for.
