Cannot reproduce Nav-Tabs / 1px difference

it seems there is a 1px difference at the text of the "Nav-Tabs" when comparing these 2 pages:

when I "hover" over the "Nav Tabs", then you can see the text moving 1px down.

Which browser and OS?

I don't see any difference on Win 7 / Chrome/FF/IE.

I did not see this issue previously.
It seems to have appeared in the last few days.

I see it appearing when using the "Browser Back" and "Browser Forth"-buttons.

I can't reproduce this in FF on Windows 7 and nothing changed in this regard in the last few days. Worth noting that hitting back/forward will likely be pulling a cached value, so I would probably try again to see if it's consistent. If it is though, it's likely a browser rendering issue.
