XF 2.2 Name Change history

For some reason only one of my members has their name change history available in their profile. None of my other members, who I know have had name changes, don't appear to have any of the previous names recorded. Is there a setting I need to enable to adjust this?

The system will automatically add the history for any content which is available - I believe it's taken from the User change log.

If there is no history or log entries then nothing can be done.
