Not a bug Board name contained in RM phrase does not update on board name change

The board name contained in phrase help_page_desc.resource_guidelines does not appear to update the Master value if the board name is changed. It appears to be stuck on whatever the board name value is when Resource Manager is installed.

That isn't a default help page that we ship with the software. I think you've created your own help page called resource_guidelines. I think you've hard coded the board name when creating the page. It isn't possible to pass phrase variables using these phrases.
