XF 1.5 Myself and some users getting a Forbidden Error??

its not happening to everyone. But I can't get to my website on my computer...

If i use kproxy.com i can get to it...

Some users get to the website just fine. DreamHost says nothing they see in logs to cause this.

A forbidden error is typically server related so it's something your host would have to resolve.

The error is above the XF application so not something we can fix at our end.

Thats what I thought,. but DreamHost cant duplicate the Error

I can't personally reproduce the error so it could be related to mod_security and certain rules being triggered.

Thats the biggest problem right now, is cant get anyone to reproduce the Error. I know of 5 people now it effects, and no one has the same ISP or anything, that makes sense
