hacking any forum script is not easy, hacking bad host its very easy, so allways blame a hosting

Don't know why you would want to even do that. It's a criminal offense if you hack something that isn't yours. Just ask your local police who do e-crimes all the time.

You can if you record their ip addresses and then report them to your host. Better still give the ip address list to police and they will block those people pretty quickly.

We're our own host and we do block those that we can but the volume of different addresses makes it nearly impossible to stop it. The best thing we can do is be proactive and ensure that we have potential risk vectors mitigated with secondary controls. That includes active monitoring and removing unnecessary services, apps and other junk from the production servers.

No law enforcement group will do anything without some sort of significant monetary damage or data exposure. When there's a large net-block involved, we file a abuse report with the block owner.
