Try deleting your browser cache and doing a forced refresh on your homepage to reload all the JS.

It could also be add-on related if guests and visitors are affected differently.

As it has started happening after upgrading, check for outdated templates and revert and reapply any customisations.

Also make sure your add-ons and style are compatible with the version of XenForo you are running.

Sounds to me like a general server issue then.

You may need to upgrade and/or change host.

Do you see any errors in your XF ACP error log (under Tools in the ACP)?

In that case it's a browser and/or ISP issue.

Create a new account and log in with it. If it's fine, there is some settings on your main account that causes this.
Did you set yourself on discouraged list? Just checking.

I have just tested your site for several minutes and encountered no problems.

    Discouraging is explained here: http://xenforo.com/help/discouraging-banning/

If there is nothing wrong with your account, then as already suggested here and via conversation, it is either your browser, computer or ISP.
