My "registered" permissions taking priority over "administrative" permissions

How do you set which takes precedence?

Right now I have admin permissions set to "allow all" but my admin account also has "registered" permissions that are overwriting them(?)

This is based on the results of "analyze permissions"

Ahhh I found it.

Somehow my Admin account was set as "registered user" as its PRIMARY group. Admin was an "additional" group.

That's how it should be. All users should have Registered as their primary user group, with other user groups as their secondary.

Thanks Maru; There are so many guides and FAQ's out there. It will take me a while to absorb them all

I understand now and it makes complete sense.
