Multiple languages on one site

I've been requested to look into the possibility of having one site in multiple languages.
I have someone who is willing to do translations of the CONTENT, but not the xenforo software.

There are websites that show flags, and if you click on a flag, the language of the website changes to suit. Is it possible to have another language within Xenforo, so that when a user switches language, Xenforo will automatically switch to the new language of Xenforo functions, even when the content doesn't.

Hopefully the above is clear enough to understand.

Your thoughts in what I can do to make this happen would be most welcome!

You can have multiple languages installed, which will deal with all of the phrases.

It's not possible to translate the content without an add-on or something like Google Translate.

That's awesome to hear. How do I begin installing additional languages?

You can download a third party translation from the RM, or create one yourself.
