XF 1.5 Moving to an entirely different domain

Man, I'm not looking forward to this. I have fb,twitter and Google+ integration and SSL, domainkeys, cloudflare, google apps integration for better analytics and hundreds of thousands of posts.

Has anyone ever moved to a totally different domain and how did you handle it? I'm moving from a .uk to the TLD version I've acquired.

Any tips appreciated

If you are also changing your social media sites, etc. then you would also need to update any option settings, custom templates, etc. accordingly.

Well, that was not straightforward. I have a stress headache!!

I recommend the FAQ is expanded to cover the need to change API endpoints for social media logins, recaptcha, etc.

Also a shameless plug for the post content replacement tool would be well placed there.
