Moving from IPB to Xenforo

Hi, I have been thinking about moving from IPB which I'm currently using to Xenforo.

Is there any way I can import the database? I have seen some threads about it but it's for older versions of IPB/Xenforo,

Hello,

Yes, we still support importing from Invision Community.

Once you have purchased XenForo you can download the XenForo Importers add-on for free and use that to perform the import.

For IPB you import to XF 1.5, and then upgrade to 2.2.
For Invision Community you can import directly to 2.2.

Some people still call Invision Community IPB. So to be clearer, we support importing from Invision Community 4.x into XF 2.2. Earlier versions can be imported into XF 1.5.
