XF 1.4 Moved to a new server, Xenforo not allowing new user registrations

[PS Nation]

We had to upgrade to a new web host, so after the move to the new server, Xenforo isn't allowing any new user registrations. Any ideas?

I just tested again, and we were having a Captcha issue which I've resolved. But once a new user fills info in for New Registration and submits, we get:
This page isn’t working
www.psnation.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500
