Fixed Move thread to corresponding forum when resource is moved

Something which I have been meaning to suggest for a while now.

When a resource is created in the incorrect category and subsequently moved, the corresponding discussion thread remains in the original incorrect forum.

Automatically moving the thread would help to reduce the manual work required and also prevent thread moves being forgotten about and left in the wrong forum.

Seems more like a bug to me, though I'm not sure how much will be involved in changing this.

This is now fixed for 1.1.
