Implemented Move/Purge Users

Hi,

The software lacks the mass move/purge users feature. That means mass moving users from one user-group to another or mass delete them.
The feature must provide the ability to search members based on specific criteria and limits the number of affected users displayed per page (To prevent very big list issues).

Just to note: If you chose "view or filter matches" your browser will stop responding if the list was very long. It's better to limit the number of users displayed per page based on admin's choice.
