XF 1.5 Most spam from Pakistan - way to trap?

Most of the spammers we get are humans, most likely, and they appear to be from Pakistan. IPs typically resolve with this information:

ISP: Pakistan Telecommuication company limited

Organization: PTCL

Continent: Asia

State/Region: Punjab

City: Faisalabad

Latitude: 31.4215 (31° 25′ 17.40″ N)
Longitude: 73.0843 (73° 5′ 3.48″ E)
Postal Code: 38000


Given that information, would there be a way to set up Xenforo to automatically reject registrations from people with such a profile?

You can use the spam phrases for posted content, Stop Forum Spam options or IP address banning.

I didn't realize there were Stop Forum Spam settings.

So I have now checked "block this registration" under "Check DNSBL on registration." We'll see whether this helps.
