XF 1.2 Moderators Can't See The Moderation Queue!

I have configured the permission for groups. I followed the instructions from: http://xenforo.com/community/resources/implementing-permissions-across-multiple-user-groups.358/

My issue is, my moderator can't see the moderation queue. I can see the posts that are waiting for the approval. But, the moderators can't!

Here is the permissions:

The queue only shows if there is content in 1.2.
Moderate a thread manually and see if it appears.

Otherwise use the Analyze Permissions function to see where the problem is.

They have to actually be moderators to see it too (created via "moderators", not just via permissions).

The permissions dont control the moderator bar.

Are they added in the moderators page, found on the users tab?

Yes, the moderators can approve manually!!!

if the moderator want to approve "posts"...he have to go inside the threads!! Is it user friendly? Any other solutions?

As has already been stated, you need to explicitly promote the members to moderator, as well as have the correct permissions.

Have you read @Mike's post? As he says, you have to add someone as a Moderator in ACP > Users > Moderators to make them a moderator and for them to see the moderator bar. Permissions don't make them a moderator.
