XF 1.4 Moderators ban Ban users or see their Info

I am a little confused

As moderators and even when they are added as super moderators they don't have the ability to ban a user or see the users information such as their e mail address and so on.

What am I missing doing?
Also on vB there was a Moderator panel, a bit like the admin Panel but it was just for Moderators, not such thing on Xenforo?

You need to make them explicitly administrators and only give them the ability to ban or allow them to use the spam cleaner.

Ok, and by doing that, that doesn't change their user group?
As in I have board permissions where only Admins can see it, not moderators...

If you don't specifically add the Administrative group to them, they won't be added to it. Moderation is content and stuff. If you're dealing with accounts, that's more administrative, so this system does make sense. Can be inconvenient if you have lots of layers of security on admin.php like I do, but yeah.
