XF 1.4 Moderators and Polls

Here are two screenshots one of my Mods sent me. As you can see, he is (would be able to) edit any poll? even delete it if he wanted to.

Now I checked permissions for moderators and the only choice with polls is to vote on a poll.

So, how can he possibly have this ability?

And, more importantly how do I take this ability away?

There isn't a distinct permission for it. It comes from the "Manage (move, merge, etc.) thread by anyone" permission.

Isn't that too powerful? I can understand the merging and moving. But, editing or deleting anyone's polls?

Just sayin'.
