Have you installed any add-ons, made any changes?
What was the last thing you did before the problem occurred?

Nothing really, turned on the computer went to the site, went to go edit a post but i couldnt, and everything has the right permissions for the moderator group, and im in the moderator group... and everything is quick checked and I still cant check a thread to move/edit/delete etc.

Should I give you my pass so you can see if you can find out the problem?

    Already sorted it :)

The problem is you have Deny set on the Registered User group for a lot of the permissions, including all the moderator permissions.
That will override the Allow on the other user groups.

Just set it to Default which is the same as off or remove yourself and the other moderators from the Registered User group.

Permissions are cumulative in that they include the permissions from every group you are a member of.
A Deny though will override the setting in every other group.
