Moderation/Thread tools?

If I am an admin why is it I can not seem to find the moderation/thread tools?
Do I have to set permissions for me for each forum?

Well I fixed that too, Apparently I was set in the registered users group, and admin and mod as the secondary group. Mods can not hard delete, but, admins can. I also had my personal user permissions set to hard delete but because I was in the mod group I could not hard delete. I do not know how I got set to all them groups as I haven't played with permissions until now. Thanks for the fast replies by all.

That's not correct.
Admins don't have moderator capability unless they are granted it like any other user.

Set the moderator user group with the permissions you want all moderators to have by default.
Make each user a moderator and add them to the group as a secondary.

If you want to change the permissions of individual moderators to give them additional permissions for example, set them at the user level.

The permissions are cumulative, so all permissions sets will build on each other, as explained in the help manual.

If you have Never set in any group a user is a member of, then that will override every other group with the same permission, even if it is set to Allow.
