What can I do to find the error?
Every day, up to 100 new posts from new users need to be approved. There is at least one add-on from PB that brings moderation functions with it.
Posts from new users are not only reviewed and inappropriate ones are filtered out, but they are also cleaned of things we do not want in the forum. Some posts are even moved to other threads before being approved.
Unfortunately, it happens almost daily that not all posts are approved as desired. I have to approve them again, sometimes even a third time. I cannot identify a pattern.
So, I have no idea how to proceed in order to find out when a post isn’t approved or if a post can interfere with the approval process, causing only newer posts, for example, not to be approved.
Does anyone have a tip as to why some posts aren’t approved or how I can track this process without using xDebug? (Hmm, maybe by adding a few lines of text to the original code to write values to the error log.)
