But I think that might overload the moderators.
You might want to give non-moderator "regular" users one-time permissions to moderate specific threads, based on their interest and knowledge of the discussion.
Maybe the posts could appear, but hidden, until they are approved ?
I guess threads would be: open, locked, or moderated ? (seems to make sense)
I use it on a moderated forum on VB4, for a music quiz, where user responses (ie, their quiz answers) have to be approved by forum moderator before they become visible to others
