XF 2.3 Can't start new threads or reply to threads after 2.3.2 upgrade

Since I upgraded to 2.3.2 I can't start new threads or reply to them unless they're quoted.

I've tried disabling all add-ons and disabled caching in the config and on cloudflare. Any suggestions? Thanks

Disable rocketloader if you use cloudflare.

Things are fixed now. We had to disable some cloudflare features.
