Lack of interest mod log that staff can view

For big boards that have a lot going on every day it can be helpful to know what everyone is doing. I would suggest a mod log that all staff can view.

Can't you add them as an administrator, and only allow them to only view logs?

As a secondary usergroup? Would they still show up as a mod group?

You can promote users to administrator status without giving the secondary group. I have several on my site set up just like this.

You will have 20 admins, but they can only view logs.
