Fixed Missing important canonical tags

Important XFMG templates appear to have missing canonical tags. This is especially important for media list pages where there can be a few URL parameters.

media item appears to have it, but not media category view or index view

This has resulted in Google reporting 23K duplicate pages

Also film-strip-jump is creating a huge amount of junk pages. I had to manually noindex.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XFMG release (2.1.6).

Change log:

Add some missing canonical tags and nofollow film-strip jump links.

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
