Missing CSS when editing post and using "more options."

I have asked about this in the past and someone passed it on as my host. However, I have found a work around and I don't think its a hosting issue. If I "edit" a post (it is surly a random issue) and use the "more options" button, I get a screen with missing CSS like below. BUT, if I use the "use bb code editor" it allows me to edit images - etc. It happens on both Safari and Google chrome.

Are you able to reproduce the issue with the stock style and with all addons disabled?

Never experienced this problem (althrough I rarely click on "More options").
