Fixed Missing "Add media" button on New media search results page

New posts search page has "Post thread..." button



New resources search page has "Add resource..." button too.

New media search page has ... nothing

Can we add an "Add media..." button to the New media (and perhaps New media comments) page?

I thought about it, not against it, but I didn't feel like it made sense.
