In our preferences if we have the following option checked.
And now if we reply for the first time to a thread created by someone else, we start watching it. Logically the link "Watch Thread" should now be changed to "Unwatch Thread" automatically on successful AJAX submission of the comment. So that if we don't wish to watch that thread for some reason, we need not to reload the page.
SUGGESTION:
It will be good to have above thread watching preference broken in to two parts. In many cases we care more about the threads we create than those we just post couple of comments.
