In my ongoing effort to remove all rounded corners, I've just found another that after using XF for 16 months I never even knew existed!

What is the CSS class / style property for this, as I'm struggling to find it with Firebug / Chrome developer tool thingy?

That's just a standard browser tooltip. You can't style it.

You could edit it and use a XenForo tooltip via template edits (class="Tooltip").
