Fixed Media Gallery VS unregistered users

I do not speak English and use Google translate.

In my forum, unregistered users can add messages. But why can they add ANY photo from the gallery?



This is a bug or is it possible somehow to fix?

That's almost certainly a bug.

This is fixed for the next release. The gallery button won't actually show for guests anymore.
