This entire add-on needs to be reworked. Its nearly useless for certain things as it is. Definitely not worth the extra $ if you wanted to be able to use a team function like with resources.
Bug #1
Happens on this site as well. To reproduce do the following.
However if you add an image and save the album, exit the album and then go back into it, then click Add Media you can now add embed a video. See this album where I have added one image and one video. If I wanted a gallery of just embedded videos I would have to go back in and delete the image.
Bug/Design Flaw #2
You cannot create an album inside one of the admin created categories and also allow other people to add to the album. Which makes the Categories useless for teams.
My site is about mods for games, and we have several mod teams. Some of them have 20+ team members though most are only 5-6. The Resource teams works great. Multiple people can upload new versions or edit descriptions, etc. So we have added a page to the Resources specifically for galleries, and then you can just embed an entire gallery. So they might have one gallery for the world map and one for units and one for buildings and one for...
However only one person can update that gallery unless its a "private" album. And if its a private album then you cannot browse the Media categories looking for something you like the look of.
There should be a consistent method of using both Resources and Media.
