Customers complain that mark as read doesn't work anymore and XF also doesn't track the threads / posts that are read.
I'm not sure what caused it and how to troubleshoot it. I have done the following things:
Enabled Redis cache in in config.php, also enabled page cache and session cache. All keys seem to populate and work.
I needed to make a snapshot of our Ubuntu VM today and eventually I rolled it back (was a rollback including system memory). Maybe something went wrong there?
I removed all Redis configs in config.php, but without success.
Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?
Edit: there are not errors logged.
