Managed VPS recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a managed VPS host for a small to mid sized Xenforo forum, configured to run the Elasticsearch search add-on, Litespeed caching, etc.? Not sure about budget, say in the $30 and under range?

Looking for suggestions other than Knownhost.

Appreciate any help.

I don't think you can find managed services for $30 or less to be honest.

Agreed, you'll need to budget at least $60, probably more likely $80-$90, for managed service and servers for those requirements.
