Mac related, zip files

What do you use to generate zip files that can be unzipped by someone using Windows? I use to use WinRar but now that isn't an option. Prefer a free option.

I need something to zip my styles up again.

If I remember correctly (I don't have a mac available now) mac zip files and folders right out of the box just right click (ctrl-click) the folder (or shift click all files to select then ctrl-click) and select "create archive"

Right-click, compress. Built right in to the Finder on OS X.

As Blandt said you should be able to right- (or cntrl) click and select "Compress".

If that doesn't work give WinZip Mac a try...

Thanks, guys...the reason I asked was reports on a scrapbooking designer forum that the right click/compress method was not working correctly so I was just being careful.

Using Archive you get a .zip on the Mac, and they are very much unpackable by WinRar and WinZIP and the sorts. They're just standard .zip
