XF 1.4 login/login error seen on analytics

Its weird but i see below in the google analytics

I am worried that i am loosing signups as people are gettinng error page!! Can some one explain why this is happening.

It could be that they're being rejected due to discouragement, or that they just entered an incorrect username or password.
