This is a suggestion more or less based off of this Bug report.
Currently, on the members list, if you hover over a username, you get a tool tip displaying that users status message or latest profile post. If the user has a tagged user, or a link, in their status or post, it does not work on the tool tip. My suggestion is to allow this to happen.
In my opinion this is annoying, If a link is there I would like it to be active. Same as with user tagging.
