I respond as I please. Otherwise, it's not my job to visit the providers' websites to point out the errors in their software. There is this forum, and in my view, all issues and errors belong right here so that as many people as possible who are interested can see them. If you see it differently, that's your choice, not mine.
If a provider doesn't care about what's written here, then that's their business. If I need personal support, I might use a ticket system with providers, but I will always report errors and issues here.
And if this program can't handle commas in URLs or has problems with Twitter, that may be a personal issue, but it's still a flaw in the program. If the provider doesn't care, then they don't care; if they do, they'll fix it. Alternatively, there needs to be an add-on for the add-on.
The same goes for the fact that there are only two radio buttons and not three. If you want to work with the queue, it's not well implemented or it's an oversight or a flaw in the process.
I'm sure that you surely just wanted to help and meant well.
I've done my part by reporting errors; the rest is up to others to resolve.
