Line break bug in android chrome

So on mobile on XF and my sites, if I type a letter or word and enter, the cursor stays on that line but the lines actually add. It's weird. Tap tap tap the enter button and you eventually see the box open but the cursor itself did not move. You can tap into line 2 and the cursor moves there and you can now type there. You first have to backspace all the extra lines from tapping when the cursor did not move. Anyone else get this?

Yeah, it happens to me from time to time but not consistently. Definitely predates 2.2.11, too. Forget when I first noticed it.

Thought we had a report for this already, though? Or am I thinking of some other editor problem?

I searched line break cursor and there was nothing but I looked.
