Implemented Like Profile Comments

Ala Facebook, I think it'd be nice to be able to 'like' comments on a status, so for example, I make a status and then someone comments on the status. (right now I can only delete), for example; http://xenforo.com/community/profile-posts/2062/ is a status, and then alot of people commented on it, I'd like to be able to 'like' those comments, if that makes sense.

This seems like a nice little tweak to me. All user submit-able content should be likable.

Definitely a good idea. Currently, you can only like the initial comment.

I made the same suggestion for editing comments.

Comments are sort of a forgotten content type on XenForo. You can't search them, they don't show up in the news feed, you can't like them, etc...

I agree. I still can't understand why people are not interested in that feature? I believe if there were such a thing, would be increasing traffic to member profiles and will very useful like Facebook. XenForo should take that into consideration.

Now that profile posts are more prominent with the changes coming in 1.4, I am really missing the ability to like profile post comments. There have been several comments made that I've wanted to like to show my agreement etc but it's just not possible. I hope that this suggestion is implemented in the near future.

While this sounds nice, i believe the Social Interactions need to be organized, follow system must be updated to make use of this new profile comments (like see only status updates from people you follow), etc..

This is a completely separate suggestion to the one you linked to and doesn't depend on the that one being addressed for it to be implemented.
