MG 2.1 License out of sync

Upgrading to Xen 2.x and get this error. We downloaded 2.1.5 from our customer portal. Is it possible to not have a license and still download? I believe we purchased the Xen 2 Media Gallery.


The following issues must be resolved as soon as possible. Once they have been resolved, check for upgrades again to confirm.
  • You are running XenForo Media Gallery which your license does not permit you to.
 
Is it possible you have multiple licenses in different customer accounts?

I’m not seeing a record of the license check in the customer account associated with your forum account.

Did you originally acquire XF from a different source before purchasing a license from us?
 
It's probably better to submit a ticket so we can discuss it there - to avoid discussing any personal/account details in public.
