Duplicate "Learn" file changes

I have modified a couple of plugin files that are flagged and emailed to me frequently.

It would be great if from the file change scan view you could press a button to "learn" the file change so that it is not flagged in future unless changed again.

FYI I have an ACP Enhancements addon in the works that has the whitelist ability.
