I do have a member shown as "Latest Member" at my Forum homepage.
Let´s say the username of this member is "Buddy123".

When I go into ACP-Admin-interface and delete this user (completely delete user from my Forum), then I go back to my Forum, then this username is still shown as "Latest Member: Buddy123" at my Forum.

That is handled by an automated task. Give it time to update. Or run this:

Admin CP -> Tools -> Cron Entries -> Rebuild Board Totals Counter

    I noticed that too.
WOW! I just came here to report as a bug and find that I need to rebuild the counter.
Since I'm impatient, I ran the script. Lo and behold, user gone.

It's so nice to have a search function that finally works. :)

I still might consider this a bug. If the user you are deleting is the most recently registered user, then the system could/should automatically rebuild the board totals counter when you delete the user.

I wouldn't class that as a bug as such as it is designed behaviour.
More of a tweak to the code relating to deleting a user to trigger the cron task.

Then should it not be moved to Suggestions? ;)

Not this thread as it was originally posted as a bug and then the OP asked for it to be marked as resolved.

Anyone is free to make a suggestion for it though :)
